The Explorer Rod by Fox is perfect for any angler who likes to go astray or does not know what situation he will find in the chosen place.

You can hardly go wrong with this rod because it is extremely variable and versatile. The Explorer Rod blank is based on the Horizon X3, but has a unique, extendable handle. With this feature you can fish with this rod in two different lengths.

With the extendable handle part you can fish in the length 8ft / 240cm, or in the extended state with a length of 10ft / 300cm. Depending on the situation or the conditions you are currently in, you can fix the rod in one of the two lengths and immediately have the right rod at hand.

The rod blank, which is made of a high modulus carbon fiber construction, is particularly light and ideal for trips into difficult and unknown areas.

The continuous handle is covered with a full Japanese shrink wrap and is therefore very handy and non-slip, but also pleasant to hold.

The Anti Tangle tip ring lets your fishing line slide smoothly and with little resistance, which has improved the weaving properties.
