The Yasei AX Pike Casting is a series specially designed to fish for the biggest pike with large baitcasting (300 size) or round profile reels in conjunction with extra large baits. Capable of handling the biggest lures, you will never feel pressured with a Yasei AX Pike Casting rod in your rod holdall.

Due to the nature of rod design and intended use, it requires a very special one Anglers to use one of the three models in this series. You certainly need a fair amount of experience and confidence that 'bigger is best' when you're hunting for pike with some of the largest baits available. They are definitely not for the faint hearted.

All rods cast remarkably well but you need to use them with the right size lures to get the most out of them. For the boat angler, all three models make excellent big-water trolling rods.

As you can imagine, rods capable of casting the biggest lures need to be strong and powerful, and all Yasei AX Pike Casting models use a high modulus full carbon blank built with Hi-Power X technology and nano alloy. This creates immense power and reduces blank twisting when casting and playing extremely sized fish. When it comes to power these rods are excellent and can handle almost anything thrown at them.

To further increase overall performance the rods are fitted with Fuji Alconite K-type guides of the latest design that are lightweight yet immensely strong and suitable for both braided and mono mainlines.

Consistent with the high quality design is a Fuji IPS reel seat on the custom EVA handle attached with a split handle giving this range a modern, bold look to match its brilliant fishing performance.
