Shimano did everything right again! With the introduction of the new Ultegra models, the manufacturer is expanding the market for medium-priced reels.
The features are comparable to a Stella, but much cheaper and without having to compromise on a high-quality front drag reel!
The Hagane Gear paired with MicroModule II & X-Ship ensures sensational line laying.
Also on board is of course the popular Silent Drive feature, which is responsible for smooth running. X-Protect protects the line roller and the backstop from penetrating factors such as water or dirt.
In order to be able to achieve enormous throwing distances, Shimano gives the Ultegra a long stroke spool with a unique AR-C coil design. The reel owes its low weight of 180g to the Ci4 + body, which is responsible for a constant fishing experience without fatigue.
